The role entails managing full cycle of recruitment including developing search strategies, actively sourcing candidates, pre-screening, interviewing and presenting qualified candidates to hiring team negitaiting offers, visa processes, up until ensuring candidate onboard within the timeline given. Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and execute on tactical research, referral generation, events and sourcing campaigns. Find, engage and activate passive candidates and screen resumes and interview candidates to determine fit.
Talent Acquisition :
Develop strategies in seach and sourcing activities within targeted market and demographics.
Pre-screen and interview qualified candidates to hiring managers based on critieria and guideline.
Proactively source for talents through sourcing tools, employee referrals, social media and other innovative channels and secure candidates from offers negotiation to onboarding.
Ensure hirng projects assigned is executed smoothly within the timeframe given and Client Engagement
Build strong rapport with hiring managers and project teams to understand hiring requirements and provide timely updates to have all parties aligned.
Provide consultation to hiring managers on all aspects of the hiring process including hiring strategies, coaching, and guidance on best practices.
Process and Procedure:
Drive best practices across recruitment cycle to ensure smooth and effective hiring while giving excellent customer experience to hiring team and candidates
Timely and accurate recruitment update in accordance to project requirement
Keeping organized and structured documentations to ensure activities are tracked accurately and reports generation are processed without delay.
Monitor and ensure hiring project timeline are met. Monitor and identify risks and take corrective action plans to endure deliverable.
Involved in projects to boost hiring needs incluing branding actitives and process improvement.
Experience in BPO industry will be advantage for this role

Full Training program will be provided.
Monday to Sunday - 9 to 6 PM.
Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent.
