Job Responsibilities :

  • Able to managing customer in respect of inquiry & responses/complaints handling & responses etc.
  • To provide total Customer satisfaction – Product Quality and Services
  • Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.

Job Requirements : 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma.
  • Proficiency in MS Words, MS Excell and MS Outlook a must.
  • Able to work independently,

Job Location :

  • Off Jalan Ipoh / Kuching.
  • Working days; 5 days a week.
  • Working Hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm.
