Job Responsibilities :
- Able to managing customer in respect of inquiry & responses/complaints handling & responses etc.
- To provide total Customer satisfaction – Product Quality and Services
- Optimise customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth.
Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma.
- Proficiency in MS Words, MS Excell and MS Outlook a must.
- Able to work independently,
Job Location :
- Off Jalan Ipoh / Kuching.
- Working days; 5 days a week.
- Working Hours: 8.30 am – 6 pm.
