AirAsia RedTix is a regional events platforms that is rapidly growing across Asia. With our unique proposition, we are well positioned to target event-goers who want to travel to attend events, tourists looking to attend events as well as locals in each market.  We are looking for a Head of Marketing to increase customer engagement  and drive traffic and purchases.

·         Oversee the budgeting, planning, execution and monitoring of cost effective marketing                programs and able leverage Group assets/partnerships

·         Collaborate with product and commercial team to develop customer-obsessed product                 features and marketing strategies

·         Develop marketing programs/campaigns that support a thematic content and deals                      strategy

·         Work with Group companies on marketing and partnership deals

·         Build newsletter database

·         Introduce referral / affiliate scheme

·         Develop PR relationships – directly or working with Group resources

·          Own and present to senior management key performance metrics around customer                      acquisition, cost per new customer, retention, and usage

·         Use data to measure and understand customer behaviour and apply those insights to our            marketing levers.

·         Build a strong team of digital marketeers for social media, SEM and SEO dominance

·         Develop a strong culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration

·         Drive development and implementation of tactical plans strategies to ensure attainment              of budgeted goals

·         Provide insight and feedback to the team for continuous product / service improvement



·         Minimum 6 years working experience with at least 2 years in a senior role in marketing                preferably for e-commerce companies

·         Proven track record in delivering positive ROI on marketing campaigns

·         Guerilla social media marketing on small budgets

·         Experience in building a large, loyal customer base over a short period

·         Has led some of the large online marketing programs and very familiar with the analytics             and technology that powers them

·         Specialties: Doing more with less. Getting more for less

·          Must possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent judgment and well-developed                          communication and negotiation skills

·         Must be highly organized, energetic and proactive
