Admin Executive

Job Responsibility
  • Provide administration and clerical support.
  • To liaise with warranty and warehouse department
  • To maintain and update file status on the operating system.
  • To perform administrative functions such as scheduling appointments and organizing.
  • To perform general admin duties which included photocopying, faxing, mailing and filing.
  • Answering incoming and outgoing calls.
  • To perform any other duties that may be required.

Job Requirements
  • Mandarin speaker Admin Executive
  • Full Time
  • Minimum education level:SPM
  • Age range: 18-26 years old
  • Fresh graduates are encourage to apply.
  • Any computer knowledge: Computer knowledge required. Require to work using Microsoft & Internal System.
  • Working Experience: Min 1 year related working experience
  • Training provided
  • Language: Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin
