- Liaise with suppliers
- Handling all related purchasing documentation and activities
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure the delivery time
- To issue purchase order and follow up with suppliers to ensure the quality of products
- Plan and manage the balance of raw materials or products
- Keep information accessible by sorting and filling documents
- Request quotation and negotiation price with new and existing suppliers
- To provide general admin support.
