Responsibilities & Authorities:
- Processing Invoices/Delivery Order/Purchase Order for all sales transaction
- Checking prices and contracts are up to date
- Provide assistance in all other sales administrative functions and sales launches as and when required by supervisor.
- Maintain filing off all Sales Department related document.
- Attend to all incoming and outgoing calls friendly and professional manners.
- To handle or monitor outgoing and incoming courier, fax, mail, and correspondence.
- Any other clerical duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Degree any field.
- At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field will be preferred for this position.
- Preferable Chinese speaking candidate
- Able to work independently and handle multitasking job with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office ( Word & Excel)
- Possess own car
- Applicants must be willing to work in USJ 1, Subang Jaya.
