Customer Marketing Activation (Contract) Job Description Main Responsibilities: 1. POSM Management Liaise and work with in-house designer for the POSM development for all the trade activations.  Lead the in-store change over project with sales team to ensure all brand logo & product images are up-to-date. Manage allocation & distribution requirements relating to all POSM within given timeframe. Manage the inventory of premiums and clearance. Monitor, check and manage POSM expenses according to budget. Conduct cost analysis and work with procurement to optimize the POSM budget. Monitor and check any special promo or any change of piece count from competitor’s product. 2. Promo Pack Management Assist category manager to do the promo pack allocation. Send out weekly promotion tracking report to sales team to keep the team update on the stock forecast vs actual. Update ATP report for all category manager to ensure all new NPI SKUs and promotional pack are updated in the daily inventory report. 3. Sampling Management Assist category manager to do the sample allocation. Allocate samples based various trade activation. Lead and plan customer’s HQ sampling with marketing to give-away new launched product’s sample to customers. 4. Trade Activation Management Follow up and compile outlet list for respective category trade activation. Assist category manager to set outlet’s sales target for every trade activation. Plan and advice category manager to change or adjust the activation date based on feedback given by team. Arrange & coordinate with premium supplier to ensure all premium arrive on-time for trade activation. Work closely with third party agency to do trade activation briefing to ensure all activation execute on time in full. Work with merchandiser manager to conduct product training to promoter & merchandiser. Manage allocation & distribution of premiums which follow the outlet list. 5. Premium Sourcing Management Assist category manager on premium sourcing for all the trade activations. Work closely with suppliers and procurement to get the suitable premiums for respective category. Negotiate with supplier to get the quality product, special packaging to optimize the cost. Follow up closely with supplier to ensure all premiums arrive within desire timeline. Essential Requirements: Candidate must possess at least a Degree in any field of studies Good in Microsoft Excel & Power Point Positive attitude with good follow up  Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply K-C requires that an employee have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based.  In the event an applicant does not have current work authorization, K-C will determine, in its sole discretion, whether to sponsor an individual for work authorization.  However, based on immigration requirements, not all roles are suitable for sponsorship.
