Follow office workflow procedures to ensure maximum efficiency
Maintain files and records with effective filing systems for After Sales Service
Support other teams with various administrative tasks including redirecting calls, scheduling meeting etc
Prepare & maintain Brandwise monthly service report for submission to the respective brand principals
Greet and assist visitors when they arrive at the office and attend to all incoming calls
Maintain inventory report for all spare parts for relevant brands and ordering of spares
Ordering and maintaining of office supplies inventory
