We are looking for young talents to grow a new team of Sales & Business Development Executives to grow our business.
1. Create Penetration Market Strategy and develop and implement these new channels (incl digital).
2. Develop new leads with direct Sales Coaching and Technical Training from Shell Global Commercial in line with Shell HSSE and Business policy & principles
3. Utilize Global CVPs and Sales 1st techniques to achieve financial targets and Sales and Marketing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
4. Maximize time spent with (peer)coaching and joint prospecting to develop sales team into world class sales professionals
5. Deliver agreed Sales and Marketing Action Plans and collaborate on daily level with the Direct TL, Marketing manager.
6. Ensure operational excellence and high customer satisfaction
