As our organization moves through an amazing period of growth and transformation, so too are our sales teams. An opportunity now exists for a Key Account Manager to join our team.
Key responsibilities will include:
+ Overseeing the day to day business relationship between Signify and its trade distributors to successfully deliver on growth and sales plans in the territory
+ Creating and executing business plans in collaboration with key customer stakeholders
+ Leading all head office and distributor branch network communications to ensure Philips Lighting remains relevant and up to date with product, market and industry changes
+ Ongoing management of key customer relationships, ensuring a high level service is being provided wherever possible, aligned with strong strategy and growth initiativesIf you are a highly motivated, commercially focussed individual who wants to make an impact to both Philips and the lighting industry, this could well be the role for you.
To be considered, you will:
+ Be tertiary qualified with a major in electrical engineering being a distinct advantage
+ Proven sales experience within a solutions selling culture will be advantageous while fresh graduates with willingness to take challenges are highly welcome to apply.
+ Be a strong communicator with well-developed negotiation skills across all levels of an organisation
+ Be a natural collaborator and have a demonstrated capacity to work in a matrix environment
+ Willingness to travel frequently within the territory
