MANAGER - HUMAN RESOURCE, ORGANISATION CULTURE (5255/PD)
An established fashion retailer is looking inwards to truly design and establish its organisation culture to attract and retain the right talents in the market as well as forming the bedrock from which all their operations will be conducted.
You will be reporting directly to the Human Resource Director and playing a business partner role in advising the senior leadership on case studies of what values should be set and implemented, keeping in mind to bring their brand into play.
A minimum of five years in Human Resources as well as exposure to the retail industry is required. The ability to communicate effectively with management, vendors as well as rank and file is essential as you would be expected to continuously understand the business, advise, plan and execute strategies.
