- Technical Knowledge: Identifies technical needs of customers and internal knowledge will be provided.
- Value Proposition: Understands and sells entire value offering from IXOM.
- Communication: Presents to customers with awareness of customer context.
- Negotiations & Solution Agreement: Has sound judgment and problems solving skills to create win-win solutions.
- Implementation Management: Reacts to additional customer demands and needs.
- Sales Administration: Command in MS Office, CRM, and QlikView tools are an added advantage.
- Pipeline Management: Manages pipeline proactively, recognizing customers' stage in the decision cycle.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is required; Cosmetics Science, Applied Chemistry or related science discipline preferred.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience selling into the Personal care and or Nutraceutical industry is required.
- Ability to travel within region 30%-50% with potential for traveling outstation is an advantage.
- Experience in negotiating and securing business contracts required.
- A familiarity with the customer base and knowledgeable about the requirements of the target industry required.
- Technical Sales experience required in the Personal Care / Cosmetic ingredients market space: Hair Care, Sun Care, Skin Care, and Colour Cosmetics.
- Familiar with project-driven applications and qualification in the following Personal Care Ingredient categories: Surfactants, Preservatives, Vitamins, Silicones, Emulsifiers, Emollients, and Rheology Modifiers.
- Proficient computer skills in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint are required.
