- Liaising and networking with customers, bankers, solicitors and agents.
- Plan manpower and resources based on projects schedule.
- Ensure Target set by management achieved (Sales & Leasing).
- Oversee & Implement all sales activities for a specific area of responsibility or market segment.
- Coordinate With marketing department to achieve objectives.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION:
- Minimum Degree in any discipline MBA preferred.
- 5 Years’ experience in property sales with 3 years managerial position.
- Must have managed property development sales of GDV which set by management.
- Good administration knowledge and capabilities along with high standard of communication skills.
- Self-achiever & Highly motivated.
