Job description

  • Reporting to the Manager.The incumbent must have claim experience handling life/ 3rd party /General Insurance.
  • Must be able to understand in Cantonese - Liason with HK wirh at least 2 years supervisory experience, leading a team of 15.

Your new role

  • Incharge claims services in authorized claims transactions for Major and Minor Claims
  • Provide training & coaching to staff on product knowledge and claim assessment skills.
  • Review and approve cases and handle enquiries or complaints within the stipulated requirements.
  • Train up new claims assessors of Major or Minor Claims.(Death, Critical Illness, TPD, Payor Benefit, Accident and Hospitalization).
  • Building and Developing complete skill sets for Claims Assessors
  • Involve in Process Improvement,improves the team’s quality, turnaround time and productivity benchmark
  • Implement team engagement activities and improvement plan.


  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Master's Degree or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s): Time Management Skills, Life Insurance, Presentation Skills,Problem Solving Skills.
  • Required language(s): Mandarin, Cantonese , English & Bahasa Malaysia
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
