Assistant Manager - Product Costing

Leading Global FMCG to setting up their Global Product Costing Centre of Excellence. They are moving all their Product Costing processes from the Americas and Europe Shared Services Centres and are consolidating those into their APAC Shared Services. Therefore, there is a huge expansion right now and they are looking for 24 talented finance candidates to join them on this exciting adventure Client Details A company that provides an unrivalled portfolio of highly successful international brands synonymous with tradition and being a corporate citizen that adds value to the communities in which it operates. Description * Monitor and control activities related to Product Costing process and system(s) to assure correct accounting reporting and system controls * Manage the delivery of financial information and scenarios required for S&OP meetings, QPRS, budget and for actuals in line with the agreed service level agreements of our customers & respecting deadlines. * Handle accounting policy and procedure inquiries and ad hoc reporting and analysis requests; provide periodic customer/site training * Ensure customer needs and relationships are fulfilled and enhanced through proactive involvement and interaction * Develop and assist in automating processes utilizing innovative technical and processing solutions * Support SAP User Access Management * Maintain complete and accurate standard operating procedures and support control documentation requirements * Coordinating with the global process owners on the implementation of reporting changes, which includes submission of comprehensive business specifications where technology enhancements are required, providing training and user testing resources to test enhancements * Review and validation of country's financial & management data handoff to highlight data integrity issues * Understand the functionality, interfaces, and interdependencies of the financial processes and systems; ensure the existence of adequate internal controls * Should work as a trouble shooter for PC related issues within ECC and other reporting systems. Profile Smart, presentable and ambitious accounting graduates with 2-4 years of relevant finance experience. Candidates with experience in full sets of accounts/analysis/product costing/management accounting/external audit will be considered. SAP experience will be an advantage.
