EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
- Involved in design, develop, test and deliver SAP Cloud Platform (aka HCP) based cloud Application
- Good understanding of cloud native application architecture and 12 factor design factor
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact with teams in other geographical locations
- Working with cloud based messaging system like (Rabbit MQ, Kafka)
- Working on building Microservices using domain driven design and API based development
- Good understanding for Multi-tenancy concepts, logging tracing trouble shooting, REST based web services

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES
- Minimum Job Qualifications
- Strong concept for database handling using JPA, JDBC
- Understanding of Apache OData Specification
- Good Knowledge of Spring , Spring Boot and Spring Cloud
- Advanced knowledge in OO principle and software design patterns
- Excellent programming skills in Java, Understanding of JAVA J2EE, Rest and SOAP based services
- Working experience on open source devOps tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Nexus repository etc
- Excellent analytical & problem solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English
Additional Qualifications for Added Advantage
- Experience in working with Cloud platforms, such as Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, or Amazon Web Services
- HANA basics – In memory, Calculation View
- Experience with container based solutions, e.g. Docker, Kubernetes
- Development experience in Web UI (HTML5, JavaScript and CSS)
- Hands-on experience with agile software engineering, CI/CD best practices
- Knowledge in design patterns, object oriented programming and parallel, distributed algorithms
WORK EXPERIENCE
- 12+ years of delivery experience with consulting or software organizations
