Job Responsibilities :
- To check, verify, review and analyze for trends and areas of opportunity.
- To provide clerical support to supervisors/managers such as mail, typing, filing and answering phones.
- To prepare additional new sub-files within the client.
- To work with other staff members for the purpose of support / exchanging information
- To answer the records department line and e-mail regarding orders.
- To create and maintain ad hoc reports for leaders and supervisors.
- Good in Graphing and Powerpoint.
Job Requirements :
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business or equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Preferably female candidates.
- Know the basic of computer literate.
- Hardworking, initiative and self-motivated.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Prefer Chinese Female
