IT RECRUITER (5236/MY)
A global shared service centre is looking for a savvy IT recruiter to be part of their agile and fast-paced team.
Reporting to the HRBP lead, you will be responsible for driving overall talent agendas. Leading the talent search and placement process, you will liaise closely with senior stakeholders to understand the hiring needs and source for candidates through various methods. You will be responsible to drive recruitment process improvement strategies to ensure it is efficient and effective of recruitment processes.
You should be a pro-active recruiter who comes with 6 years of recruitment experience with at least 2 years focusing on recruiting IT roles. Ability to develop staffing strategies and work on multiple roles is the key to be successful in this role. You should have a strong track record of recruiting high volume of IT roles.
