·Must possess at least SPM or equivalent.
·Candidate must have at least credit for Bahasa Malaysia in SPM
· Ability to speak in multi-language is an advantage
·Friendly and able to interact with customers professionally to provide information and assistance.
·Able to solve problem wisely.
·Able to achieve productivity standards while maintain the highest level of customer service.
·Responsible for efficient and quality handling of all telephone calls and customers inquiries in orderly and friendly manners, explaining the services provided by the organization, assisting clients until their issue are resolved.
·Professionally manage record and monitor all customers’ inquiries and complaints and updating the progress with all relevant parties accordingly.
·Must demonstrate high degree of loyalty, integrity and confidentiality – maintain confidentiality of customers’ information at all time.
