Job Responsibility
  • Attend inbound calls / email / live chat - inquiries, problems and complaints from customers with the objective of resolving issues, providing first excellent contact resolution
  • Identify and handle customer inquiries completely and accurately to the satisfaction of the customer
  • Outbound calls pertaining to new products
  • Responding to customers inquiries in a professional and prompt manner
  • Following up on the feedback, escalation within internal department and customers

Job Requirements
  • Fluent in spoken English and Chinese
  • Basic keyboard and computer skills
  • Basic telephone communication skills
  • Good listening skills
  • 5 working days/week
  • No work dress code (Wear anything you like!)
