Job Responsibilities :
- Measure and prepare bill of quantites
- Prepare, invite, process, compare and negotiate subcontractors' and suppliers' bids
- Cost analysis and projection
- Site visit, assessments and preparation of main contract(s) monthly progress claim
- Assessment of subcontractors' monthly progress claim
- Prepare & issue contruction progress claim
- Prepare & issure final account & certificates
Work Location :
Lot 2219, Jalan Baru Sg Buloh, Kg Baru Sg Buloh, 47000 Selangor.
Working Hour :
Monday to Friday : 8:30am - 5:30pm
Saturday : 8:30am - 12:00pm
