Responsible for finance accounting and reporting and charged with managing the operations to ensure compliance of policy and guideline whist being responsible for the performance results, training and development of the team. Being highly regarded within the industry and has a clientele of big players in the market, they are looking for a driven and detail orientated individual to lead a team and take charge of payment operations and financial operations. Are you that person? Description * Accountable for finance accounting and reporting which include maintenance of general ledger, financial reporting and ensuring financial books are tax * Manage the operations of procurement, new vendor registration process, purchase and expenses, system administrator and financial and operations risk. * Lead annual financial planning to ensure timely preparation of financial budget * Conduct financial reviews with internal management * Provide technical financial and accounting guidance to team, colleagues and internal stakeholders relating to own functions. * Monitor the cashflow which includes preparation and projections for cashflow management and reporting * Lead and drive the yearly budget exercise to ensure proper of budget by business owner and consolidation * Perform variance analysis from budget Profile * Degree in Accounting/Finance or Professional Qualification eg: ACCA, CIMA, CPA etc. * Minimum of 7 to 9 years experience in finance and accounting * 2 years of managerial experience * Strong business acumen and analytical skills with detailed and leadership orientation * Solid understanding of financial analysis and accounting principles and excellent problem solving skills * Independent, self motivation and initiative in driving financial objectives * Highly organised and excellent time management skills in meeting deadlines Job Offer * Attractive salary package and benefits To apply online please click the 'Apply' button below.
