· To be work with Admin Supervisor on the day-to-day admin department operations.
· Candidate must possess at least a Degree/Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
· Management of Insurance policies - ascertain and procurement of insurance requirements for project (CAR/Workmen Compensation).
· To be monitor movement of the vehicles and machineries in the company.
· To be in-charge on the motor vehicle and machineries insurance renewal.
· To be in charge road tax renewal and keep track on the company summons.
· To be monitor the insurance claim within the company.
· To arrange Bank Loan / Hire Purchase for acquisition of assets.
· Undertake any other tasks assigned by Management.
· Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
· Candidates without education background but with reliable working experience in the admin department encourage to apply.
