JOB DESCRIPTION
- Formulate the strategy for KOPETRO's expansion and business growth by conducting market analysis, industry benchmarking, business trending, planning cycle and business performance monitoring to ensure sustainable long term business and in line with company mission and vision
- Direct and control overall daily department activities by establishing standard operating procedure, reporting mechanism and good leadership to ensure smooth flow of operation and minimize losses in line with company rules and regulation
- Oversee and control the financial aspect of the department (i.e. OPEX and CAPEX) through proper reporting and monitoring of SPBD's operation and activities to meet the organization’s target
- Oversee and promote continuous improvement of department's operation (i.e. quality of service, efficiency) through acquisition of new technology, techniques and talent management
- Strategize, lead and console the yearly business plan and budget and company quarterly performance through gathering input from Manager, analysis review of the performance and develop proposal in order to ensure that SPBD performance is on the right track and direction.
- Establish and build networking and rapport with corporate sector, government agencies, industry players & existing customer in order to sustain and secure long term business relationship
- Develop and drive a positive working culture in department by exercising high spirit of team work, work-life balance and quality culture in order to create harmonize working environment in line with the KOPETRO initiative and aspiration
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent
- 5 years of relevant working experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong leadership, organizational, prioritization and planning skills
