Responsibilities
- Part of the Marketing team you will manage the Social Media strategy and workflow
- Schedule and post content to AirAsia BIG Social Media profiles, with strong focus on Facebook
- Implement new procedures and systems, including defining social media policies and best practices
- Define and measure KPIs for social media initiatives and develop strategies to improve their performance over time
- Execute, optimise and measure paid social media campaigns for all markets
- Set required budget and targeting for each paid campaign
- Use messaging that resonates with the target audience to achieve campaign objectives to meet defined strategic goals
- Influencer / Blogger / Brand Ambassador Programs – Identify through research and social tools the most active and relevant fans/followers who can serve as influencers
- Provide guidance and work with internal stakeholders to optimise social media strategy
- Provide detailed reporting on campaigns and channel performance
Requirement
- 4-6 years of relevant experience
- To excel at this position, you must be energetic and proactive
- An excellent understanding of best practices across a variety of social media platforms and with previous experience in paid social media
- Very curious and well informed about social media news and evolutions
- Possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
- Good communication skills in English, both written and spoken
- Ability to work effectively and independently within a dynamic and fast-paced company organization
