JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Develop and implement the marketing & sales plan such as daily/monthly activities, target customer, new account and reporting mechanism by referring previous trending and aligning to company direction in order to achieve company goals.
2. Plan and conduct daily sales visit including current and potential clients (Government Link Company, NGO, IPTA, IPTS, SME, Cooperative and Private Sector) through proper advanced schedule for appointment to ensure smooth execution of marketing and sales plan.
3. Promote and market KCSB related services and products such as wedding expo and fairs in order to reach out the targeted customers/vendor and contributes to company sales & revenue.
4. Identify and monitor existing and new account such as follow up payment and ageing collection by conducting sales visit, telemarketing and back office system in order to sustain long term relationship and business.
5. Establish good rapport with hotels, government agencies and corporate sectors through regular engagements and visits in order to sustain long term business relationship, company credibility and reputation.
6. Deliberate and communicate internally and to external customers in regard of new update and product knowledge via sales visit/meeting, email blast, SMS and presentation to ensure all respective parties are timely update and always alert with the entire latest product.
7. Prepare and consolidate the overall budget for the section including business performance, sales, profit and loss, and expenses by collecting all the data and input from various related department in order to meet the departmental target and objective.
8. Develop and inculcate a positive working culture amongst the staff by promoting high spirit of team work, work-life balance and quality culture in order to create harmonize working environment in line with the KOPETRO initiative and aspiration.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Business Studies/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 2 years of experience in related field. Experience in F&B industry will be an addedadvantage
- Passion towards sales & marketing
- Excellent communication and presentation skills & networking ability
