What you will be doing:
- Provides support to the field sales team
- Working with the sales opportunity owner to document the customer’s requirements and the scope of non-complex services deals
- Create of sales pricing/quotations and Service Order Forms.
- Execute the sales approval process for the opportunity. Responsible for following the approved Delegation of Authority and the Deal Execution process to obtain the requisite approvals for the opportunity
- Liaising with resource management team to identify potential resources for the project
- Submitting the Services Order Form to the customer or opportunity owner for signature. Following through to obtain the formal and signed document from the customer
- Monitoring and facilitating the process of Services Engagement renewals for our Annuity/Subscription service business.
What we need from you:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishÂ
- Ability to follow a structured process to capture the customer requirements
- Ability to follow defined processes for deal processing and assure high quality of output
- Usage of internal systems per instruction
- Ability to self-manage with minimal instruction
- Experience in sales support activities preferred
