Your specific duties in this role will include:-
- Research industry regulations, web-sites, associations, market reports, trade publications, whitepapers, directories, bloggers, portals, linked-in groups, vendors and suppliers to LEARN about content and establish LEADS to engage with.
- Gain competitive and market intelligence on related industry events.
- Generate well researched leads within various vendor, consultant and service categories that are attracted to our event audiences.
- Conducting phone-based lead research and sales calls to prospects introducing our product and value propositions.
- ASK GREAT QUESTIONS - Understand the needs and requirements of your prospect-base.
- Spend on average 3 to 4-hours on the phone each and every day pitching and presenting our event vision, benefits to prospect and expected ROI.
- Navigate our consultative sales process in a professional manner that impacts and leads to proper decision making, rapport and trust building.
- Craft clear and concise verbal and written messaging respected by the C-level and senior executive communities we sell into.
- Manage qualified decisions to an outcome with efficiency and precision.
- Translate sales response data and intelligence into actionable sales and marketing strategy and tactic.
- Transfer product and market knowledge to internal stakeholders to positively influence client and customer experiences.
- Negotiate and CLOSE sales with great result adding to the revenue streams of the workshop/ training programme you are assigned.
- Manage your clients and accounts through activation, pre-event promotion, event-day preparation and expectation, live event experiences and post-event outcomes.
Basic Salary Package = MYR 1700 -2500 ( attractive commision package upto MYR 50,000/monthly).
