- Administrative works such as key in database and filing.
- Preparing reports and daily tasks.
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into computerized system.
- Communicate well with suppliers/ creditors and debtors.
- Independent, responsible and aggressive.
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Marketing or equivalent.
- Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese, English
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Applicants must be willing to work in Ipoh.
- Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Clerical/Administrative Support or equivalent.
- Candidate will be allocate in Purchasing/ Sales/ Accounts/ Marketing/ Admin Departments.
