Position : Member Service Consultant
Working Location : Kelana Jaya
Public Transport : LRT Glenmarie
- Attend to members' enquiries/ complaints via calls concerning the services
- Required to handle calls to sell Partners’ range of products and services.
- Degree/Diploma or minimum STPM.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage
- Preferably with experience from a call center or customer services environment.
