Lead Human Resource Business Partner (5212/SM)
A highly reputable organization in the consumer sector with strong presence in Asia is looking for a Lead HR Business Partner. They are currently going through an exciting transformation within the function. The candidate that assumes this position would have the opportunity to lead the Country HR function in the near future.
Reporting into the Vice President of Human Resources, you will have full responsibility for the function, leading a sizable team. You will be the main point of contact between the stakeholders and the COE team. You will consult, advise and educate the business on all Human Capital related matters, especially in the areas of industrial relations, compensation & benefits and talent management related matters.
You have an open leadership style, good commercial acumen and strong with numbers. You are able to articulate your ideas clearly, you are confident and nurturing in nature. You enjoy supporting and influencing business leader to achieve the bigger business goals.
