Account Clerk / Admin Clerk [ CHINESE SPEAKING ]

POSITION : ACCOUNT CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain proper record and organisation of filling system.
  • Responsible for day-to-day finance and accounts administration tasks.
  • Complete weekly bank recon to ensure no discrepancy in banking.
  • Check on petty cash returns from branches and issue reimbursement cheque.
  • Check on staff expenses claim and input to staff claim template.
  • Perform monthly bank statement reconciliation and resolve discrepancy if any.

 Requirements:

  • Possess at least a Diploma in Accounting, Finance or related fields with qualifications.
  • Experienced in Accounting Clerk.
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese , Malay & English
  • Possess good knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures.
  • Excellent math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.
  • Advance level in MS Excel and good knowledge of accounting software.

POSITION : ADMIN CLERK

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls.
  • Organize and schedule appointments.
  • Plan meetings and take detailed minutes.
  • Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures.

 Requirements:

  • Possess at least SPM or Diploma in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Must be able to communicate in Chinese , Malay & English
  • Proven experience as an administrative clerk or office admin assistant.
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
  • Working knowledge of office equipment & software such as  (MS Excel / Word / PowerPoint)
  • Good time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • Attention to detail and problem solving skills.
