A) Assist in Pre & Post contract administration works.
B) To carry out taking-off quantities / measurements and to submit pre-qualificationn tender bids and quotation.
C) Prepare and submit cost estimates for potential variation works.
D) Assist in evaluate work done and prepare progress claim / final accounts for client and sub-contractors.
E) Assist to prepare and monitor project budget and report.
F) Assist to prepare final account for estimated budget cost VS actual project cost to management.
G) Compile client satisfaction survey after completion of work.
H) To attend site meeting when necessary.
I) To perform any other duties as required.
