- Handling of general enquiries from customers from Online Stores and carry on Digital Marketing activities to generate more sales.
- Act as customers services roles as well by replying clients questions in all ecommerce pathform ie : FB, IG, domestics and oversea Online Market Places.
- Handle incoming/outgoing calls, emails and mails for the accounts email.
- To process deliver orders / invoices & purchase orders.
- Matching suppliers’ invoices to purchase order and delivery orders.
- General office administration.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties whenever required.
- Diploma in Business Studies/Administratration/Management.
- Proficient in MS Office Applications.
- Proactive with a positive attitude.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, self-driven and independent.
- Candidate should have good document management and filing skills.
