Retail Operation Senior Executive

Responsibilities

• To ensure daily retail operations are funning smoothly and to achieve Company sales objective.
• To handle retail staff recruitment activities and to make sure manpower is sufficient at all times.
• To ensure the retail outlet consistently maintain the highest standard of store image and optimum levels of merchandise.
• To participate in setting up existing / new outlets and promotion fair in malls.
• To ensure customer complaints are handled according to the Company standard.
• To prepare and analysis various management report when necessary.

Requirement

• Candidate must posses at least Diploma/Degree holder in Marketing, Business Administration, Operations Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of related working experience in Retail Management related to fashion / cosmetic / personal care industry.
• Good command in English, Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese.
• Good computer skills in Microsoft Office Application.
• Strong leadership skills, result oriented and good communication skills.
