Roles & Responsibilities
Handling day-to-day matters and providing efficient support for Sales Team in the sales department for office administration.
To take and process quotation requests from customers, actively seek the conversion of inquiries to orders and act in a customer service role between sales persons and customers.
To collect documents from sales Leader & check documents accordingly.
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondences, faxes, mails, courier services, and calls / enquires.
To deal with payment collection.
Prepare reports, proper documentation arrangement and general filing.
Maintaining good customer relationship, able to respond efficiently to customers' enquiries.
Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Professional Certificate, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Possess excellent telephone answering skills and techniques.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Applicants must be willing to work in Kota Damansara, Petaling Jaya.
