• Salary: RM 2500-3000

Our client is a loyalty and reword management company based at Petaling Jaya. They are currently seeking suitable female candidates to assume the role of Administration Operations Executive.
This is a full time permanent position based at their corporate office in Section 51, Petaling Jaya. Working hours are from 9.00am-6.00 pm Monday to Friday.
About the job
As the Administration Operations Executive, you will provide operational administrative support to the Operation team.
Responsible for the purchasing functions, ordering and purchasing and making delivery of rewards earned to customers.
The candidate
We are looking for female candidates only to assume this customer-focus role. She must ideally possess minimum Diploma qualification in any field of study coupled with strong communication skills, the ability to speak fluent English and BM. Those who are also able to speak Chinese/Mandarin will be advantageous to take up this role.
Ideally we are looking for candidates who have proven loyalty program experience preferably in banking environment. To be considered for this role, candidates must have some work experience in jobs related to customer customer service, tele-marketing, call centre or similar role. Candidates for this role must have the desire to work in a supportive team environment with ability to work under pressure with speed and accuracy. She must be computer literate with ability to use MS Office and internet applications skills.
