- To act as office administrator on office rental, local authority approval and other office utilities.
- To handle all banking transactions, petty cash
- To prepare payment & receipts
- To prepare all sales documents eg, purchase order, invoices, delivery order, statement of acc , etc
- To handle forwarding arrangements
- To prepare monthly financial report and sales report
- Preparing company documents e.g SSM, Forms 49, trademark, etc
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia (advantage)
- At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Required Skill(s): EXCEL, SQL ACCOUNTING (good to have but not essential)
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative/ Accounting Support or equivalent.
