Job Responsibility
  • To act as office administrator on office rental, local authority approval and other office utilities.
  • To handle all banking transactions, petty cash
  • To prepare payment & receipts
  • To prepare all sales documents eg, purchase order, invoices, delivery order, statement of acc , etc
  • To handle forwarding arrangements
  • To prepare monthly financial report and sales report
  • Preparing company documents e.g SSM, Forms 49, trademark, etc

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s): Chinese, English, Bahasa Malaysia (advantage)
  • At least 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required Skill(s): EXCEL, SQL ACCOUNTING (good to have but not essential)
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Clerical/Administrative/ Accounting Support or equivalent.
