Job Responsibilities :

  • Assists in any administrative assignments and handle general administrative tasks.
  • Creation of purchase order and ensures accuracy of all orders.
  • Compilation of all purchasing documents and ensure receiving quantity and items accordance to purchase order.
  • Assist in handling of claims to vendor for defective, shortage or missing part.
  • Plan and manage inventory levels of hygiene supplies, consumable product and stationery supplies.

Job Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
  • Able to multi-task and work with deadlines and with minimum supervision.
  • No working experience is encourage to apply.
