Job Responsibilities :
- Assists in any administrative assignments and handle general administrative tasks.
- Creation of purchase order and ensures accuracy of all orders.
- Compilation of all purchasing documents and ensure receiving quantity and items accordance to purchase order.
- Assist in handling of claims to vendor for defective, shortage or missing part.
- Plan and manage inventory levels of hygiene supplies, consumable product and stationery supplies.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Able to multi-task and work with deadlines and with minimum supervision.
- No working experience is encourage to apply.
