Job Responsibilities :
- To be responsible for the day to day HR operations and activities including Recruitment, Training, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relation & counselling and Administrative management.
- To administer staff overtime, leave records, staff welfare and other general HR functions.
- Able to handle matters related to Foreign worker.
- To assist with Admin, HR & general office tasks as assigned.
Job Requirements :
- Minimum SPM or equivalent.
- Preferably at least 2 years working experience in database administration experience.
- Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
- Able to multi-task and work with deadlines and with minimum supervision.
