Responsibilities * Overseeing and managing the Finance Department * Responsible for annual budgeting and preparing statutory accounts * Review and analyse cost accounting report * Design, implement monitor and review the accounting system and procedures to meet the requirements of both internal and external auditors * Manage foreign exchange exposure and hedge appropriately in accordance with approved company policies Requirements * Degree in Finance/Accounting/Business Administration or professional qualification in Accounting & Finance e.g. CIMA, ACCA * At least 10 years of management experience in manufacturing, retail, auditing and management services in both private and public listed companies * Have experience managing/ involve in large projects
