  • Manage overall project sales performance, lead and drive the sales team achieve sales targets
  • To expand customer base, develop new accounts and establish new contacts
  • Gather market intelligence on customers and competitor activities
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive sales teams
  • Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and achieve company goals & sales target
  • Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance
  • Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin
  • Willing to travel, support sales representative training, and participate in tradeshows upon request
  • Ability to conduct and analyze market study and report
  • Execute other general administration matters such as customer database management, internal database to be easier accesed by sales team, and ensure company website contents are up-to-date to access
  • Fast learnear and be able to liaising with other departments


  • Candidate must possess Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma or equivalent in Business Administration, Commerce or Marketing
  • Possess good communication skills both spoken and written in English and Mandarin. Possess the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Execellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Result-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation, positive mind, the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environment
  • Possess own transport and willingness to travel
  • Preferably to have 3-4 years of experience in the related field for this position
  • Experience with servicing hotel line
  • Strong communication skills, confident and aggressively seeks new business
  • Desicion making, problem solving, and negotiation skills
