Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming calls and reservations
  • To attend customer/ member's feedback and enquiries
  • Handle customer/ member's complaint
  • Handle "Lost & Found" iteam(s)
  • To enter Member's application into system and generate Member's access card
  • Handle everything related to Members
  • Adaptability to various ad hoc tasks
  • Maintain a good filling system of Member's documents
  • Attend and serve all walk-in customers & Members
  • Follow on outstanding enquiries and Members

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Diploma or Certificate holder
  • Computer literate (MS, Excel & Word) and internet savvy
  • Good command of English & Chinese, both written and spoken
  • Able to work on rotation shifts (if and when required), weekends and public holidays
  • Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related industry
