Job Responsibility
  • Responding to inquiries including answering calls and directing calls
  • Greeting visitors and preparing refreshment
  • Maintaining manual and electronic filing system for all correspondences and managing all file correspondence.
  • Performing various administrative duties example – office support services as required from time to time
  • Ensure that the key-phone system work and function well all the time

Job Requirements
  • Min 1 year experience
  • Required language(s): English.
  • Good communication skills and willing to learn.
