Job Responsibility
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design, to create attractive sales template, brochure, leaflet, social media images, product packaging etc
  • Optimize landing page performance & user experience
  • Maintain a solid understanding of buyer personas, goals and behaviors to create communications and campaigns that drive an integrated, holistic campaignapproach
  • Manage content review process ensuring all content is onbrand, errorfree, consistent in style and optimized for both search and target buyer experience for digital channels (including online, social media, and email)
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, handle and resolve customer complaints, perform customer verifications

Job Requirements
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Commerce, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Mass Communications or equivalent
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
  • Required Skill(s): Graphic Design, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing
  • Desired Skill(s): Campaign Management, Email Marketing, Ecommerce,Google Adwords, SEO, Google Analysis
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Marketing/Business Development or equivalent
  • Language: English, Chinese, Malay
