HR Manager (5188/MY)
Our client is a European organization in the chemical industry with a strong presence across Asia. They are seeking a dynamic HR Manager to lead and drive HR initiatives across the region.
You will oversee the full spectrum of HR and responsible for driving agendas across talent acquisition, organizational development, industrial relations, HR policies and compensation and benefits. You will be overseeing payroll processes for regional offices and play an integral role in handling change management as well as aligning company culture and HR processes.
In order to succeed in this role, you should have minimum 9 years of HR experience covering both strategic and operational work. You must be someone who is innovative, versatile and well equipped with untiring perseverance. You should be a strong communicator and demonstrate ability to influence stakeholders across all levels.
