Job Title : Internal Sales & Technical support
Job Function: Customer Service
Enhance sales support force in order to provide more proactive supports to sales and customers
1. Provide accurate and timely quote sheet to customer or sales.
2. Check the RFQ’s completion and communicate with customer or sales to get completed process data if needed.
3. Make clarification or communicate with customers if needed with a proactive attitude.
4. Provide completed and accurate technical documents to commercial team for the quotes which convert to orders in a timely manner.
5. Take other assignment if required
6. Be proactively involve ISEP tools explore activities to enhance ISEP team’s efficiency and accuracy.
7. Be able to work in high stress environment and work overtime.
1. Bachelor degree, with major in Electrical/Electronic/Control System engineering is preferred
2. Good English both in oral and read/written.
3. Skilled in Microsoft office software such as Excel, word and etc.
