Your new responsibilitiesGuides brand and sales strategy on corporate or BU / region level to ensure achievement of agreed business objectives. - Develops growth forecasts. Plans and proposes the sales budget, aligned with the sales strategy of the unit(s). Defines and allocates resources. Contributes to product and service developments. Cooperates with Marketing management in matters of strategic and tactical product and service positioning. Oversees sales efforts of unit's Account Representatives and resp. support staff. Guides the overall sales operation. Guides the performance management process for regional sales organizations. May support strategic key customers' business development. Provides channel management across the countries in the assigned unit. Provides political support for key tenders and 'lighthouse projects' in the assigned unit.
What we look forTypically Master?s Degree plus advanced degree is required (might be replaced by relevant experience).Comprehensive (deep and broad) knowledge and experience in a technical area or business method.
