Job Responsibilities

  • Support superior in managing day- -day operating expenditure against operating budgets ensure efficient usage of resources
  • Manage, implement and communicate promotional actitivies/objectives field team (e.g. promotion grids, time frames for promotions, mechanics, etc.)
  • Manage delivery of point of sale materials s res. Ensure sufficient s ck level is maintained during promotional periods and review call targets of field team
  • Manage implementation of generic and s re-specific planograms in compliance with category flow guidelines
  • Manage and communicate sales targets field team. Drive increase of volume in s res, s ck pressure and identfy in-s re cross-merchandising opportunities
  • Moni r in-s re pricing, prevent out-of-s cks, sufficient order/delivery of s ck on notice of demand and minimise credit notes drive sales targets achievements
  • Communicate feedback on forward share changes clients. Ensure forward share is reflected on shelf as per rate of sale
  • Inform field team of new innovations and review speed market, s ck in distribution centers, negotiate new/existing listings in s res, etc.
  • Review effectiveness of feedback platforms (e.g. manual tracking, SMART, etc.) and provide feedback field team
  • Provide clients with reports/insights on competi rs' activities, promotions, product recalls, pricing, planograms and new innovations
  • Manage relationships with cus mers ensure effective s ck pressure, s ck holdings, deliveries, credit notes, category flows, planograms, etc.
  • Attend review meetings with clients

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrate advanced experience in fast moving consumer goods, field sales and marketing
  • Demonstrate advanced numeracy and quantitative analysis skills
    Proven competency handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
  • Demonstrate fluency in both written and spoken English
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity ols (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Marketing or related field
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a similar role
  • Minimum three years’ experience in a managerial capacity
