You will be responsible for selling Potentiate’s analytical software, customer experience and community engagement platform solutions. You will also establish, develop, maintain and manage relationships with Business Partner Clients.
The Role:
- Provide sales and business development to develop leads and generate sales for Potentiate Malaysia
- Demonstrate software effectively to client and business partners
- Develop and implement Sales Plan
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast
- Plan and implement sales activities with business partners help generate leads and sales targets
- Manage competitive opportunities to ensure sales closure.
- Resolve client and partner issues and alert others as needed.
Requirements:
- Has in-depth sales, business and professional skills to work with any level of Business Partners and customer management.
- Proven track record in sales of software solutions
- Effective communication skills to engage with clients and business partners
- At least 3 years in Sales or Product marketing – preferably in data analytics software, CRM consulting & training
- Familiar with the Customer Experience and Market Research industry would be an added advantage.
- Fluent in English
- At least a Bachelors Degree
